We’re as selective in staffing our store as we are in choosing our inventory. Our crew is not only hard-working and highly-skilled in what they do, they also live and breathe this stuff. When they’re not in the store, they’re in the water and on the road, because to work here, you can’t just talk the talk, you’ve gotta run the run, and swim the swim and pedal those pedals.

Whether you’re into 5ks, ultra-marathons, local pool swim sprints, triathlons, Ironman competitions, Tour of Virginia, or a leisurely bike ride though the neighborhood, our crew has been there, done that, and loved every minute of it.
