Return Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused product, complete with original packaging and tags, within 30 days from the receipt of purchase or your online order. Any items that have been used are subject to our discretion and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Nutritional items cannot be returned.

All returns must be made at the same location where the purchase was made.

Warranty Repair/Exchange


If you receive a defective product or experience problems with your product that fall within the Manufacturer’s Warranty Period we will help process the return or repair of the defective product to the best of our ability. In some instances the product’s manufacturer require the purchaser to handle warranty claims directly. In these cases we will do whatever we can to direct you to the proper channel to facilitate this process.
Anytime you are making a warranty claim please be sure to collect the following information and present it with the item:


  • - Your original sales receipt
  • - Your order number (if purchased online at threesports.com)
  • - Date of purchase
  • - Purchase location
  • - An explanation of the product defect
