Hear Ye! Hear Ye!
Weekly Group Runs

3Sports leads three group runs throughout the week. The runs are 6-8 miles in distance. The pace is dictated by the group. The runs depart from the front of the shop.

The Tuesday evening and Sunday morning run leaves from our shop in the Westgate Shopping Center out in Short Pump. The Thursday evening run leaves from our shop in the Tuckahoe Shopping Center.

Tuesday at 6:00pm - Westgate
Thursday at 6:00pm - Tuckahoe
Sunday at 7:30am - Westgate
